The Key to Manifesting is Letting Go of Worry
Worry is a sign you don’t believe you’ll get what you need
About two months ago, I dug up an unsightly and overgrown bush in the flower bed in front of my home. My daughters and I have lived in this house for the past three years and have slowly been making it our own — inside and out. The outdoor spaces are a work in progress as we plant perennials, remove dead shrubs, create small vegetable patches, and cut back bushes and trees that are out of control. We even started a compost bin this summer.
I had been wanting to remove the bush for quite a while, but after it was gone, I realized that the space needed something. My oldest daughter was helping me with yardwork and I asked her what she thought. Not only does she have an amazing green thumb, but she’s also an artist and has good spatial and design sense. She replied without even hesitating, “We need Black-Eyed Susans there.”
I was surprised by the request since I’d never heard her say that she even liked Black-Eyed Susans, but also noted to myself that this flower was the favorite of my dad — who passed away not quite two years ago.
